What to watch

Goldfields began construction on a planned $280 million Fortitude Valley office tower, while a market outlook forecast a tighter Perth CBD office market by 2030. Forecasts are not observations. The latest Property Council survey also reported weaker national industry sentiment before the late-September RBA increase, underscoring why financing and construction costs remain material to investment decisions.

How this analysis was produced Prop Weekly selected five completed Australian commercial-property sales with disclosed prices from reports published inside the 3–9 October window. Totals and the median are calculated by Prop Weekly. A QIC acquisition re-reported on 5 October was excluded because independent coverage first appeared on 1–2 October. The generated hero image is illustrative and depicts no actual asset. This is general information, not investment advice.
