Prop Weekly is published by Unistratum ("Prop Weekly", "we", "us"), based at 9 Maple Tree Rd, Westmead NSW 2145, Australia. We publish Australian commercial property news, listings and a directory of service providers.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including through the Contact, List a property, Become a verified provider and Post an RFQ forms. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business name and details of the property, service or request you are submitting.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages viewed, via our hosting and security provider. This is used for security, performance and understanding aggregate site usage, and is not used to identify you personally.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, publish or process a listing or application you have requested, connect a posted RFQ with a relevant category of service providers, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of what we publish. We do not sell your personal information.

This site uses cookies and similar local storage that are necessary for core functionality, such as remembering filter and navigation preferences. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to remove a listing or directory entry linked to you, by emailing admin [at] propweekly.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Listings and articles on this site link to external sources, including agent and vendor websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

9. Children's privacy

Prop Weekly is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
