1. About Prop Weekly

Prop Weekly is published by Unistratum. We publish Australian commercial property news, market indicators, listings and a directory of service providers, for information purposes.

2. Use of this site

You may use this site for lawful, personal or business purposes connected to Australian commercial property. You must not scrape, systematically extract, republish or redistribute our content or listings without permission, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false, misleading or unauthorised information through our forms.

3. No advice, no guarantee

Content on this site, including market analysis, indicators and commentary, is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice and does not take into account your individual circumstances. We source information from named third parties wherever possible, but we do not guarantee that every figure, listing or record is complete, current or error-free. You should independently verify any information before relying on it or acting on it.

4. Listings and submitted content

Property listings, RFQs, provider applications and other submitted content are provided by the person or business who submits them, and we rely on them to have the right to submit that information. Submissions, including details drafted from a business-card image, are reviewed before publication. The card image is used only to create a draft and is not stored or published. We do not independently verify every detail and may edit, decline or remove any submission or listing at our discretion, including in response to a correction or removal request.

5. RFQ enquiries and the service provider directory

The Request for Quote feature lets a property owner or manager describe work they need and reach service providers in a relevant category by email. Prop Weekly is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, any agreement, quote or engagement that results from an RFQ. Inclusion in the service provider directory, including a verification tick, reflects information supplied to us and checks we have made against publicly available materials; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the quality of any provider's work, and you should carry out your own due diligence before engaging any provider.

6. Intellectual property

Original text, design and compilation of this site belong to Unistratum, except for material we have linked to or attributed to a third-party source. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference; you may not reproduce, scrape or republish our content at scale without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external sources, including agent, vendor and provider websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of external sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prop Weekly and Unistratum are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on information published on it, including decisions made about a property, service provider or transaction.

9. Governing law
